So, maybe my strengths are another’s weakness.

What makes me a strong woman?

It’s a challenging question to answer because the ways in which I DO consider myself “strong” are often what we considered  “weak.”

I mean the courage to be human, to fail, to be raw and nakedly myself.

I mean the humility to grasp that I’m just passing through this life—and the immediate urge to show love in all possible ways.

I mean the decision to home birth my girls and raise them in a unique, open-handed, unconditional, and sorta messy way.

I mean the “wisdom” to know that I don’t know.

I mean not giving a f*^% what “they” say I should do, have, or be and instead letting the heart lead and simply getting to it.

So, maybe my strengths are another’s weakness.

OM to the great big wild wondrous ride of life.
