I am courageous. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am confident. I am beautiful. I am loved.

I am a strong woman. I do not let the world or other people define who I am and who I am going to be. I am independent but know when to ask for help. I am confident, but humble. I have courage. I demonstrate resilience and perseverance when faced with challenges. I am aware of the obstacles that this world presents yet overcome them. I stand up and speak up for myself and for others who are still finding their voice. I advocate for truth and for those victimized by sexual assault. I act boldly. I believe in myself, in my dreams, and in God’s plan for my life. I am not afraid to feel my feelings and express emotion. I cultivate relationships and trust those who deserve to be trusted. I lift others up. I am kind and compassionate. I love the woman I am and who I am becoming.

Most importantly, I am strong because I have found victory in Jesus Christ. I am fearfully and wonderfully made by God, in His image. I am beautiful, strong, confident, courageous, and loved by my Creator. My strength reflects His strength. My beauty reflects His beauty. My confidence and courage reflect His love for me. I am strong, even in my weakness and in my fear and doubt, because He is strong. I am strong because He has blessed me with a voice that breaks silence and speaks truth. I am strong because I know my identity comes from God, not from this world. I am courageous. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am confident. I am beautiful. I am loved.

I AM A STRONG WOMAN.
